
So I returned home from a fabulous overnight trip with a few girlfriends with the lasting taste of a cranberry and pistachio cookie that was served with my soy mocha.
I decided a recipe search was on the menu. On marthastewart.com of course!
I found a Cranberry Noel cookie and substituted the pecans for pistachios.
The end result? The ohhh so lovely pop of the tart cranberry and the sharp crunch of the pistachios speckled in between the crumbly buttery cookie that melts in your mouth. Very satisfying!
