Ben and Jerry's catchphrase.
After much sulking about missing the Ben and Jerry's competition over at NotQuiteNigella.com,
I finally visited Ben and Jerry's Scoop Shop on a 38 degrees summer's day.
As usual, I went for a chocolatey flavour and had a hard time choosing between Chocolate Therapy, New York Super Fudge Chunk, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Phish Food.
I miss NYC. I miss the buzz, the food, the shopping, Central Park, Pret the whole lot. So I chose New York Super Fudge Chunk. It was grand. A great choice. Plus, Miss Jezza chose Chocolate Therapy and I loathe loathe loathe ordering the same thing as someone else I'm dining with.
However, the surprise of the day was the flavour chosen by my coffee loving friend Miss Shazza. I enjoyed it so much that I took home a pint. Coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz. Delicious! Very espresso with huge chunks of chocolate. Kudos to the teenager who packed it for me too. I think I got 2 pints squashed into a 1 pint tub. Thank you. Thank you indeed.
Oh yes. I also took home a pint of Vanilla for Mr. Hubby. Yes I know what you are all thinking ;p
And Miss Bella, I am dying to know which flavour you chose x
I didn't! Was having a fat feeling moment... but I did just consume a yummy dreamy creamy baby tub of caramel gelativo.
